    Quality Process Engineer:

    The ideal candidate will have lean manufacturing experience, problem solving/corrective actions skills, and experience with implementing key quality metrics. Must have excellent organization, communication, leadership and people skills. coupled with the ability to interact with customers.

  • Lead, train and facilitate kaizen events and process variation reduction projects.
  • Conduct root cause investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Mentor co-workers in continuous improvement methodology.
  • Document project results and share best practices. Design and analyze experiments, analyze data and act upon results.
  • Evaluate feasibility of different approaches to resolve problems.
  • Evaluate, track and report progress/results and recommend major changes in procedures or objectives.
  • Develop material specifications and quality inspection procedures.
  • Schedule and/or perform internal quality audits.
  • Present the audit results and recommend actions to management team.
  • Coordinate and maintain SPC and calibration control charts.
  • Assist in the creation and modification of Quality System documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain Quality System trending information.
    • Input into new product design and development
    • Maintain all records associated with the Quality Assurance Department.
    • Any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Bindery/collator:
    Applicant must have ability to produce high quality product in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of all post press bindery operations a plus. Knowledge of offset press feeder operation also a plus. Allegheny will train the right individual.

    Shipping/receiving:
    Applicant must be able to operate in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving along with purchasing interaction with vendors. Computer experience a must.
