In addition to our cultural commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing, we continually invest in new, innovative and greener product alternatives. Currently, most products we offer can be manufactured using earth friendly substrates made from:

Recycled PVC
We carefully segregate PVC waste generated in our own manufacturing facility during the normal course of production. This material is combined with new resin to produce printable PVC core material that contains a minimum of 65%* recycled content. This process ensures that the final product is consistently printable and durable. Some print color variation will occur from run to run, due to the inherent variability of the recycled component.

Biodegradable PVC
The biodegradation process begins when the product is introduced into a fertile environment and works in both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The absence of oxygen or water will not keep the product from biodegrading. All that is needed are the presence of microorganisms which consume the plastic over a period of nine months to five years, with complete disintegration taking place.
