Meet the Allegheny Team


As Allegheny’s President, Don drives a culture dedicated to the cross functional integration of processes and technology to push the boundaries of customer service.  Don joined Allegheny in 2004 and has spearheaded the transformation to a market driven organization while leveraging Allegheny’s long history of plastics engineering and manufacturing excellence. 

Prior to joining Allegheny, Don served as President of Hankison International, a global manufacturer of compressed air treatment products, for ten years. Before transitioning to Allegheny, Don led the integration of Hankison into SPX Corporation as Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Products. Don began his career in finance as a CPA with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte).

Vice President of Sales

Paul is responsible for Allegheny’s top line Revenue, a job he approaches with unrivaled enthusiasm and passion. Paul joined Allegheny in 2003 and has steered the strategic expansion into the plastic card market. Before joining Allegheny, Paul was Sales Manager of the Association of Iron and Steel Engineers (AISE) from 1996 to 2003. Prior to AISE, he began his career at Susquehanna Corporation as a Management Consultant.

Director of Operations

Les Gamble has been with Allegheny since 1996, starting his career as a tooling manager for Allegheny’s injection molded plastics subsidiary, Allegheny Performance Plastics. Les advanced to Engineering Manager and Operations Manager for Allegheny Performance Plastics before his transfer to Allegheny Printed Plastics. 

In addition to overseeing production, Les leads our lean manufacturing initiatives and has pioneered Allegheny’s volume focused work cell philosophy. Prior to Allegheny, Les worked at Jatco Machine Tool as an Estimator. He began his career at Dunay Tool & Die serving as a Mold Maker. 

Quality Assurance Manager

Jim joined Allegheny in 1987. Jim’s experience with Allegheny has ranged from production management, project manager, and manager of continuous improvement. Jim has gained much of his quality management experience through tenures at Allegheny Performance Plastics and Allegheny Process Equipment in the injection molding and capital equipment industries. 

As Quality Assurance Manager, Jim oversees the implementation of Allegheny’s quality control program, product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Jim is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds certification with the International Card Manufacturers Association as an ACE-M.

Director of Finance

Mike O’Reilly joined Allegheny in 2000. He is responsible for the accounting and finance operations of the Company, including financial reporting and maintenance of controls. In addition to his financial role, Mike lends his numerical precision skills with our card personalization data formatting function, which gives him the ability to play an operational role.  Prior to Allegheny, Mike was the Controller at GPX, Inc. and an accountant at MQS Inspection Inc. Mr. O’Reilly began his career at Beechmont Optical.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Kevin has advanced to become Allegheny’s first CTO having contributed to Allegheny’s success in a number of positions since joining the company in 1997. Kevin’s continuing journey in the evolving role of technology in our business gives him the opportunity to support advances in everything from traditional IT software and servers to include printing technologies and factory automation.  He is a member of the ISSA is an MSCE as well as CEH and CPT.

Prepress and Color Management Supervisor

Chrissy oversees the prepress, artwork, color management and plate making functions with a hands on approach to print production workflow. With more than 24 years of experience with the nuances of printing on plastic and card manufacturing, Chrissy can troubleshoot the most complex print related file issues. Chrissy is trained in the science of color management through PIA/GATF and performs in house quality checks to ensure color accuracy on our printing presses. Many customers rely on her input in designing new art for their card marketing programs. She is often called on to perform internal press checks on behalf of customers that have complete trust in her skills.

Prior to Allegheny, Chrissy was the Lead Prepress Technician at a container print and manufacturing company in the industrial lubricants industry. Chrissy has a Bachelor’s of Fine and Applied Arts Degree from Point Park University as well as a Visual Communications Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
